PTBA Skills Clinics are designed to help young players develop their basketball skills, and to learn the basic offensive and defensive principles of the sport of basketball. This is an excellent way to help players of all levels to build their confidence.
Skills clinics can be purchased in packages of one clinic, four clinics (once a week), eight clinics (twice a week), or unlimited clinics (for an entire month), that expire thirty days from the date of purchase.

PTBA offers league play in a controlled environment to provide opportunities for players to gain valuable experience. The Youth Development League is eight weeks long and runs in the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall of every year.
Players will get up to 90 minutes of practice time per week, and 15 minutes of playing time per game. The league fee includes 8 weekly practices, 8 games, professional coaching, and a championship t-shirt. All teams practice within their respective divisions on Saturdays and compete in their games on Sundays. All new players are required to purchase a Youth League Starter Kit.
Division 9 are for players in 1st-3rd grade. Players in Division 9 should be able to execute basic basketball movements such as a jump stop, passing, and shooting. Players must be able to make multiple passes while on offense, and understand how to play on-ball defense.
Division 8 are for players in 4th-5th grade. Players in Division 8 should be able to make passes while in motion, and understand basic fundamentals in help side defense and offensive spacing.
Division 7 are for players in 6th-7th grade. Players in Division 7 should understand how to help on dribble penetration, basic passing and movement (cut, screen. fill), and understand how to make offensive adjustments against a man-to-man or zone defense.
Division 6 are for players in 8th grade and up. Players in Division 6 will be prepared for the intensity and speed of basketball competition at the high school level. Players should understand the defensive strategies of the press, trap, and hedge, and will be improving their decision making skills on offense and defense.
PTBA's Club Basketball teams are designed for elite athletes interested in competing at the highest level. Players selected to join our club basketball teams have the opportunity to compete against some of the best teams from all over Southern California and the United States. The PTBA coaching staff selects players who have proven that they are talented, determined, and coachable. These traits are necessary because our coaches will teach high caliber offenses and defenses that will prepare players for competition at the High School level and up
Personal training is a great way to help players' skill development and athletic development. Training sessions allow players to maximize their time in the gym and allow them to get lots of repetition in. Coaches are able to correct specific details about player’s ability such as shooting form and dribbling techniques, and can hone in on other specific player needs such as stamina, techniques, and explosiveness.

Getting shots up with the shooting machine is a great way improve your shooting. This high tech shooting machine lets you create any kind of training program by letting you choose which spots you want to shoot from, how you want your passes, the number of shots you want to take, and more. Shooting machines rentals are booked as personal training sessions.
Tailor your own Program
Our player development team can put together a personal training program for players of all levels. The personal training program can consists of but not limited to specialized workouts to target specific muscles, drills to improve certain basketball techniques, and even diets weight gain/loss.
Prime Time Basketball Association is pleased to announce our first ever Spring Break Basketball Camp for boys and girls in 2nd grade - 8th grade. The cost is $125 per week for four days of fundamental skills development, footwork and speed training, and all sorts of fun and exciting basketball-related games. Sign-ups begin February 5, 2018!
